CHA Squared Hospitality, LLC created THE COMMUNION a wine and food pairing experience, to connect communities over the common passion for Travel, Wine, Food and Hospitality. This event will be a guided wine tasting with Cha McCoy, certified wine professional and former Italian expat, and 2nd year speaker for WITS 18. During the event we will demistfy French wine and yes, Candiadn wine. The goal is eliminate the overwhelming feeling of proper pairing when present with wine menus. We will get into the stories, technical aspects of regions, and the winemaking practices that make some wines very unique. In addition we will connect the history of Quebec to France and learn what is unique about the food culture from the Chef of Le Moine.

Wine lovers prepare for this palate pleasing experience, wine forward - 5 course wine and dinner pairing, and opporunity to network all while supporting Cha McCoy on her mission to bring her international community together.
