CHA Squared Hospitality, LLC created THE COMMUNION a wine and food pairing experience, to connect communities over the common passion for Travel, Wine, Food and Hospitality. This event will be a guided wine tasting with Cha McCoy, certified Sommelier and former Italian expat. During the event we will demystify the differences between American made wine. The goal is eliminate the overwhelming feeling of proper pairing when present with wine menus. We will get into the stories, technical aspects of regions, and the winemaking practices that make some wines very unique. In addition we will connect the history of the turning point for American wine.
