CHA Squared Hospitality, LLC created the #SundaySchoolSeries as spin off from their successful event, THE COMMUNION a wine and food pairing experience. This event will be more of a direct approach to demistfy the world of wine with consumers who tend to be overwhelmed with the options in wine stores and wine list. We will get into the stories, technical aspects of regions, and the winemaking practices that make some wines very unique.
The tasting theme for the April event: Old World vs New World. 4 wines total 2 reds, 2 whites but only 2 varietals. We will be kicking off the first Sunday School Tasting in Bushwick with the wines featured from the knowledgeable wine Bushwick local purveyor Irving Bottle.
